All orders are carefully prepared and packed in Japan. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship internationally from Japan. Available destinations and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
